Why This Is a Premium Service
LCA is technically demanding and less commoditised than energy modelling. There are fewer specialists. The work survives or fails on the EPD chain and the boundary definition. Scope depends on the building: high-rise residential, mixed-use, hospitals and Gulf marquee developments carry a substantial material schedule. Definitive pricing is provided as a technical proposal once we receive the project scope and drawings.
