Thresholds vary by building type and BREEAM scheme. For BREEAM International New Construction the typical threshold is average Daylight Factor at or above 2 percent across 80 percent of the floor area for occupied spaces. We model to the threshold that applies to your project.
Do you cover BREEAM ES daylight requirements?
