What we deliver in the UAE
- Estidama Pearl energy modelling (Abu Dhabi). Villas — including five villa typologies modelled for a single development and a six-bedroom villa programme — plus car showrooms in Baniyas and Abu Dhabi, and an office LCC and thermal comfort study. Review comment rectification through the Abu Dhabi DMT process.
- LEED energy simulation. A LEED v4 oncology centre in Abu Dhabi and a LEED v4 data centre in Dubai — typologies where the loads are unforgiving and the documentation has to be exact.
- Whole-building LCA. Data centres, offices, a series of residential towers and a hotel in Dubai; an office and a scientific garden (LCA and LCC) in Masdar City; LEED v4.1 ID+C LCA for a pharmaceutical company’s Dubai office.
- Desert-climate modelling. A Dubai building at 47°C ambient cannot borrow assumptions from a European model. Weather files, free-cooling limits and envelope loads are modelled for the climate the building will actually live in.

Does Estidama apply across the UAE?
No. Estidama and its Pearl Rating System apply in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi — including Abu Dhabi city, Al Ain and Baniyas — administered through the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT). For Dubai projects we deliver LEED simulation and LCA.
Do you model data centres in the Gulf?
Yes. LEED energy simulation and LCA studies for data centres in Dubai, with climate-specific cooling assumptions rather than defaults borrowed from temperate projects.
Can you run LEED and BREEAM ES in parallel on the same building?
Yes. Whole-building LCA for the LEED Building Life-Cycle Impact Reduction credit, plus LEED v4.1 ID+C LCA for interiors projects, delivered through One Click LCA.
How long does a UAE engagement take?
